CANCELATION POLICY

We understand that life is complicated, and surprises often get in the way. That’s why we’ll offer a one-time grace period the first time you cancel an appointment day-of or within a 24-hour notice. However, those who must cancel or reschedule their appointment within a 24-hour notice will be required to pay 50% of the service reserved in order to continue to book future appointments at our studio.
